Seniors Last Monday week our seniors played out another exciting draw against rivals, Wolfe Tones, in the Cavan "Four County League" Final in Mostrim. Once again we came from behind to force a replay, now scheduled for Pearse Park this Sunday September 28th at 1pm. Underage On Wednesday our U11s took on Clonguish in Newtownforbes in what was a close contest. Our boys prevailed in the end and now face Wolfe Tones in the final in Pearse Park this Sunday at 11.30am and will act as a curtain raiser for the senior league final fixture between the same two clubs. Support in these games would be greatly appreciated. The Minor Hurling Championship will be starting soon and we will be organising training for next weekend. Fundraiser Last weekend we ran a fundraising "bag pack" in Dunnes Stores. Many thanks to the management, staff and customers of Dunnes as well as to our volunteers who all contributed to keeping our club solvent as we near the end of the GAA season.
