Our Junior team took on Dromard in the final league game of the championship on Friday evening last in a game which would dictate who would finish top of the table. Up against a very experienced Dromard side, the girls put in a tremendous performance to come out on top on a 5-09 to 2-08 scoreline. The girls settled well early in the game and took the game to the opposition with our younger players to the fore. It was a very close affair until the final 10 minutes when we scored the extra few goals which saw us victorious in the end. We will be in semi final action on 12th August so it is important that all players attend training in the meantime.
