Pride of place this week goes to our U14 squad who won the county feile final with a 1-2 to 0-3 victory over Ballymahon/Forgney. This was a very close affair and was nip and tuck all the way but we just edged it in the end. This is the second year in a row the club have qualified to represent the county at this level and says a lot for the hard work that is being put in at this age group. Our U12's had a very good win over Rathcline winning on a 2-09 to 0-03 scoreline. Our U16 squad also had a fine win also over Rathcline on a 7-08 to 3-04 scoreline. Their final game in the league phase of this competition takes place this Thursday when Ballymahon/Forgney are the opposition. Hard luck to the U16 and minor county squads who lost in their respective finals recently. We has representation from the club on both panels.
