Our ladies team put in superb performance in defeating Shelmalier in the Leinster Intermediate semi final last Sunday to reach a 2nd Leinster final on 13th November where they will play Meath champions Skryne. The long trip to Wexford didn't have any effect on their play and after a very tight first half which finished level, they really got going after going a goal behind at the start of the second half to dominate the rest of the game and ended with a 6 point winning margin in the end. The ladies showed great composure throughout the match and their experience gained over the last number of years playing in Leinster has helped this squad develop into a tightly knit group. Well done to the ladies and the management team on another great win. Thanks to all our fans who made the long journey and for their continued support for the ladies. Hopefully the ladies will bring home the trophy in two weeks time.
