We held our AGM on Thursday last and everything went smoothly with all positions being filled and discussion on a number of topics taking place. We welcome Tony Flaherty as chairman and Gerry Shannon as vice chairman for this season and we wish them well in their new posts. Training continues on Friday evenings at 7.20 in the clubhouse with a strength and conditioning session. Don't forget to bring €3 to pain for the trainer.
